Happy Hanukkah! I don't send cards any more (haven't since I divorced years ago), but I treasure the few I still receive from friends who know they won't get one from me. Something about giving without expectation of reciprocity feels so rare, and therefore so precious. So glad the last year brought me into your online world.

Hi Asha

Happy New Year! Can't believe our kids are 25 now, Juliet is turning 25 on New Years Eve!

Good to hear from you. Hope all is well.

I am doing good and business did well for us in 2024, but feeling the dread of another Trump Admiration that has been lingering since the election. Kind of ruined my enthusiasm during the holidays. None the less wishing you and your family lots of joy and love.

Raju!! Isn’t it amazing that we are all adults together now? And I hope that heavy feeling has lifted a bit with the new year. I’m trying not to hand over what’s good and joyful in my life to those in power. Maintaining my energy and health is part of how I’m dealing with this.

I think there was a time when holiday cards were almost all digital...I remember people being all excited about electronic cards via email. But it has faded quickly. Like you, I am happy that physical Christmas cards endure this digital world and I think their timelessness will remain.

Have a blessed holiday season Asha! ☺️ And thank you for sharing your space!
